These terms apply to this website and to every ticket purchased for Funalix. By booking you accept them for everyone in your party.
Attraction descriptions, photographs, reviews and difficulty ratings are ours; please do not copy them for commercial use. We keep the pages accurate, but opening times and event schedules can change without notice.
A ticket is confirmed only when we write back to say so. Payment terms, refunds and cancellation are set out on the booking page.
Every attraction ticket includes access to themed lands, live entertainment, character meet-and-greets, and bonus spins at Lucky Games Hall. Meals, parking, and optional premium experiences are separate.
Weather, special events, or mechanical needs can close attractions or change show times without notice. Our operations team adjusts the schedule to keep everyone safe and having fun.
WonderWorld is designed for thrills and wonder, but adventure carries natural risks. We run every attraction and show with trained staff and safety systems, not responsible for injuries from guest non-compliance or circumstances beyond our control.
